can be an AIRCO member. In order to qualify for AIRCO
membership, a moonwalk rental company must:

be watching the inflatable
ü Adhere to industry
and local governmental standards for securing the inflatable
ü Follow the
certification or inspection procedures for your state

experience. SIOTO is dedicated to industry standard
training and the rental operators displaying these seals
have proven their commitment by accepting these standards
as their way of safe operations in the inflatable party
rental industry. SIOTO is very unique and differs from
many other organizations in that we do not simply ask
our members to operate safely; we actually train them
in safe operating procedures through a series of safety
courses. Don't settle for less; settle for the

How far in
advance should I make my reservations?
Please make your reservations as soon as
possible. Bounce house units are very popular and sometimes
we are booked weeks and even months in advance. Price
quotes are not reservation guarantees.
Cancellation
Policy:
You may cancel at any time up until delivery
with no penalty.Once we begin setting up, payment is
required in full.
When is payment
due?
Payment in cash check or money order is due
on delivery of the bounce house. If you wish to pay
using your credit card, we do accept PayPal payments.
Please make a reservation with us first before paying
through PayPal.

How much room
is needed for a bounce house and what surfaces
can the bounce house be set up on?
You will need to provide a level area of
about 17 x 17 with an overhead clearance of 17 feet
for our units. The unit can be set up on grass or cement
or indoor, please let us know if it will be set up on
cement or indoors so that we can provide the proper
anchoring.
Do you set
up in parks?
Yes. We can also provide a generator
if you are not able to reserve the pavilion at
a small additional fee.
What kind
of power is required?
The bounce house
site must be within 100 feet of a dedicated 20
amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as
an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.
Do you deliver
and set up the bounce houses?
Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and
insure that they are clean before your party starts.
We also insure that the units are in good working condition
as we test the units for safety after set up.
Are bounce
houses safe?
Absolutely! As
long as all the rules outlined on the operating procedures
page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit
is supervised at all times, they are very safe.
What if it
is rainy or windy?
Jumparoo Inflatables reserves the right to
cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds
(over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We
will call you on the morning of your party to confirm
your reservation, at that time you have the option of
canceling your order. Once the unit delivered, if weather
conditions worsen, there will be no refunds.
Are you insured?
Although, not required by the State of Alabama, we
are insured. However, it only covers injuries due
to our negligence; it does not
cover any injuries due to rough play, flips, or improper
supervision.
Can we pick
up from you? Absolutely not! All setups are done by trained
Jumparoo Inflatable employees. Inflatables weigh from
250 to 500 lbs and should be installed by a trained
professional. Injuries can occur if set up improperly.
If you choose to pick up from company "X",
insist on an on-site demonstration. Never accept
anything less. Written instruction isn't sufficient
training. The safety of the kids must be your first
priority. At Jumparoo Inflatables, it's ours!
Don't be mislead
by companies who will charge you separate fees for delivery
and setup. With us delivery and set up are all included
in one low price Units returned dirty or improperly
rolled may incur additional fees or penalties. Relax
and let Jumparoo take care of all of that for you. After
all, safety of your child and guest and the convenience
of delivery is worth a few dollars more.

I am not sure
if it will fit in my yard, would you mind checking it
out? We'd
be delighted! In the local area, we offer this service,
FREE OF CHARGE. Please select a spot clear of fire ants,
doggie droppings and sharp pine cones.
Can you set
up indoors? Yes,
provided that the space is 17x17x17 and the building
has adequate electrical outlets.
Why do you
charge more for church and corporate events? Public events may number from
hundreds to thousands of kids, increasing our insurance
risk. Our insurer requires us to charge a little bit
more to cover this risk. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Attendants can be provided by request.
Why don't
you post your church and corporate prices? We tailor our equipment and services
to meet the specific requirements of the event. To
thank our valued repeat customers we have many partnership
programs to reduce your event cost. Prices are available
upon request.
How far will
you deliver? We will travel approximately
within 35 miles of Enterprise. This area includes Dothan,
Geneva, Samson, Opp, Elba, Andalusia and Troy. We can
travel to Luverne, Brantley and Greenville under certain
conditions.
Do you have
any specials? Occasionally
we will run specials on some equipment. We strive to
have the best price around. Our private party prices
are posted, what you see is what you pay. Beware of company's
that don't post their price so that they can vary their
price from customer to customer. The only other fee
you pay with us is a 4% rental tax or possible a delivery
fee outside of our local delivery area to cover our
fuel cost.
